On the price: The maker's own published starting figure for the base build. A dealer adds a loader, a deck and freight on top.

Lift figures are the maker's and are quoted at whichever point the maker chose; the about page explains why two loaders with the same number do not lift the same pallet.

What owners say

What they like

  • The power shuttle reverses under load with no clutch pedal, which is the single biggest comfort difference between this and the synchro-shuttle NX and DK models
  • 57.6 PTO hp handles Cat 2 implements that Kioti's sub-60 hp machines cannot drive
  • 3,594 lb at the 3-point and 3,384 lb at the loader pivot pin, both well clear of anything in the NX range
  • 22.5 gal of fuel, 50 percent more than the NX line, which is the difference between refilling at lunch and not
  • Four cylinders and 2,435 cc mean less strain per cylinder than the 1,826 cc three-cylinder Kioti stretches to 57.7 hp
  • $36,001 undercuts Kioti's own 57.7 hp NX6010H by $4,838 while adding 8.3 hp and a much larger hitch

What they complain about

  • Powertrain coverage drops to 48 months here - the RX and HX series do not get Kioti's 72-month term, which is the headline reason people shop the brand
  • 5,148 lb and a 133.9 in loader make this too much machine for mowing around a house
  • 17.9 gpm is the same flow as the 57.7 hp NX6010H, so the hydraulics did not scale with the engine
  • Kioti retired the plain RX6620 page; the shuttle-only version is gone and the power shuttle is now the only way to buy it
  • The 3,594 lb hitch rating carries no measuring point, so it is not comparable to a maker quoting lift at the ball ends

Heaviest of the shuttle NX models at 4,209 lb, with 55 hp and 46 at the PTO. The extra 231 lb over the NX5010 is what the 2,761 lb loader and 3,177 lb hitch were designed around, which makes this the NX to buy for draft work.

Utility-grade hydraulics on a compact chassis: 16.5 GPM beats what a Deere 4044M or Kubota MX5400 pushes, which is why this one gets specced for loader-heavy days. Hydrostatic costs about $2,800 over the gear NS4710.

Turbocharged 50.3 hp on Kioti's 4,027 lb NS frame, three-range hydrostatic, with a 2,940 lb hitch and a 2,621 lb loader at the pin. It sits one step above the NS4710 already in this catalog and gets its power from a turbo rather than more displacement.
