Largest tractor TYM sells under 105 hp, and the one that carries the range's heaviest hitch at 5,115 lb. The Deutz TCD 2.9 delivers 67.1 hp to the PTO out of 74.3, and the cab and a 16 x 16 creeper-interlock box come as standard.

On the price: Neither this maker nor any dealer reachable from here publishes a bare-tractor price for this model — every listing found either says “call for price” or bundles a loader. That is how this brand sells, so expect to get a number by asking a dealer rather than by looking it up.

Lift figures are the maker's and are quoted at whichever point the maker chose; the about page explains why two loaders with the same number do not lift the same pallet.

What owners say

What they like

  • 5,115 lb of Category II hitch lift at the link ends, the heaviest in the TYM range and enough for a mid-size baler or a mounted mower conditioner
  • 67.1 PTO hp from 74.3 gross, a 90 percent driveline figure that the Yanmar-engined T5074 cannot match at similar power
  • Deutz TCD 2.9, serviceable through Deutz's own network rather than only through TYM dealers
  • Cab standard with an upgraded loader valve and a redesigned steel hood
  • 23.7 gal of fuel and 22.7 mph on the road
  • F16 x R16 with a creeper interlock, and a power shuttle offered alongside the synchro shuttle

What they complain about

  • TYM publishes no price - every model page ends at Request a Quote, and no two independent dealers quote a bare tractor, so the figure here would have to be invented
  • 10.3 gpm of implement flow on a 6,316 lb tractor with a 5,115 lb hitch - the hydraulics have not grown with the machine
  • Over 70 engine horsepower, so TYM's powertrain cover falls to 60 months / 2,000 hours rather than the 72 months / 3,000 hours the smaller models get
  • TYM still lists the T754 beside it with the same Deutz engine, the same 5,115 lb hitch and the same 23.8 gal tank, so the two names describe one machine
  • Cab-only, with no ROPS build to lower the entry price
  • The L5075SL loader's 3,325 lb is published only in kilograms-force, and only on the loader's own page
  • Hitch lift falls to 3,418 lb measured 24 in. behind the link ends, a third of the headline figure gone

Where the ex-Branson line stops being a compact: a wet-clutch power shuttle, a Cat II hitch rated 4,409 lb, four loader valves and two rear remotes as standard, and 18.1 in of ground clearance. The BL350 loader's 3,437 lb pivot-pin rating is the highest figure TYM publishes under 70 hp.

Deutz power and a cab as standard equipment, with 62.7 hp reaching the PTO out of 68 at the flywheel - a 92 percent driveline figure that almost nothing else in this catalog matches. TYM sells it as the renamed T654, and the two are the same tractor.

The plain-spec Series 5: a Yanmar 3.3-litre four on a ROPS platform, sold on the argument that you should not pay for premium extras. It is the only Series 5 TYM without a cab and the only one geared for work rather than road speed.
